Privacy & Terms

Only what you type into it: your name, email address, trip dates, destinations, and anything you tell us about your trip. The name and email fields are required; the rest are optional. There are no accounts, no tracking cookies, and no analytics on this site.

When you submit the form, its contents are sent to us as a single email through Resend, our email delivery provider, and arrive in our business mailbox (kparker@parkertechsolutions.com) with your address set as the reply-to. We use it to reply with your quote and timeline, and for nothing else. We keep no copy in any database; the only thing the server holds is a short-lived in-memory submission counter per network address to slow down spam, and it contains none of what you typed.

The booking confirmations, itineraries, and notes you choose to send us typically include traveler names, flight and hotel details, tour tickets, and confirmation numbers. You decide what to share; we only ever work from what you send, and we use it solely to build and maintain your trip site. We do not sell or rent your information and we do not add you to marketing lists.

This website has no payment flow and never asks for card numbers or security codes. Full card numbers never appear on a trip site; at most, a trip site identifies which card paid for a booking by its nickname and last four digits, the way your own confirmation emails do. If a document you forward contains a full card number, we redact it from anything we keep.

We keep your trip materials while we are building and updating your site. Ask us at any time to delete your materials or take your site down and we will. Email kparker@parkertechsolutions.com.

TripSync builds a private trip website from the bookings you provide, for a one-time per-trip price. Each trip includes two rounds of updates and a final sync the week before departure; additional update batches or unlimited updates can be purchased. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. TripSync is still in development, so details of the service may change while we finish testing.

By sending us trip materials you confirm you are authorized to share them, including other travelers' details. Your trip site reflects the confirmations you send us. Always verify critical details like flight times and reservation dates directly with your airline, hotel, or tour operator before you travel.

TripSync organizes your trip; it does not book it. We are not a travel agent, we do not make, change, or cancel reservations, and we are not responsible for the performance of airlines, hotels, tours, or other third-party providers.

Our total liability for any claim related to TripSync is limited to the amount you paid us for your trip site. The service is provided as described on our site, without other warranties.
